Stripes on my new Clubman!
Never, ever go car shopping on a whim. We ended up replacing the Suburban with this... Gee, the new Clubman IS a LOT bigger!
So... being us, we couldn't just let that hood... erm, I mean, bonnet, go unmolested. So, a quick trip to the store and:
Man, it's cold outside, but the stripes look surprisingly good!
The Clubma- erm, I mean the
FJ features spiffy "suicide doors" left
and right - very neat:
Inside, everything is black rubber and color-matching trim.
More later (when it warms up).

Driving lights? Heck yeah. Boot stripes, alas, make no sense, as they mounted a fifth wheel on the back. Check out that white contrasting color roof though...

Did you really trade the 'burban for that? I love FJ's... definitely fit in a MINI/Mini family... but you don't have enough tow capacity now, do ya?
Must be selling a LOT of books...
Edit: Never mind - I had no idea the FJ had 5000lb towing capacity!

Great choice! I've been checking out the FJ too. The stripes are a great compliment.

Think of all the places where you can put LED strip lights in that puppy! I'm buying some Oznium stock on Monday!

I can't see that on the Dragon, but I'd love to borrow it for a trip over Black Bear pass & Imogene.

Don't forget the most important mod, adds 40 hp from install. Take a look at the rear badge. (Thanks to Mike from A/C)
This FJ, named K-9, has been to the Dragon, and is in Killboy's files for the dragon last year. FJs love the Dragon, lots of dirt roads.

AWESOME! I have an extra Cooper S badge from when I put on my boot stripes - I need to do that. Great idea!
You'll have to show us some of the better dirt trails next May - we'll be towing the classic Mini behind it this year. We can do an off-road session!

Matt, if you mix chrome yellow
with purple haze
and then add a
little classic red
, do you get hot orange
