Hi guys... Just got back - was in San Diego amongst the wild fires... It puts all this into perspective. I spent the last three days smelling smoke and hearing about people that just lost their entire homes... I know the car will be replaced, whether with another Hot Orange or something else, and like was said, I'm just glad that nobody was hurt. It is very sad for me though... anyone that knows me knows how excited I was about Nano and how proud I was of the work I'd done on her. But, things, unlike people, are imminently replaceable, even if doing so will be hard work. I'm just glad that we're all here to do that work.

Matt - all true. I know how proud you are of the work you did on Nano. Rightfully so. Hopefully it helps a little to know how much Nano was known and loved across the whole NAMily. Lots and lots of folks are going to remember him - and miss him. And I just thank God you guys are safe and able to have and enjoy another MINI in the future...

Thanks for what you said over on the cabrio forum, man... that meant a LOT to me. God, I love the MINI/Mini community.

AAAgggHHHHH!!!

I'm glad you and everyone in your car are okay. I'm terribly sorry to see that you lost Nano. I'm sure you will find a replacement for Nano soon enough. I'm impressed with how well the car handled the roll over. These cars are tougher than they look.

I went down to Tim Horton's last Saturday and met some of the others in your club. They are a great group. I was hoping to see Nano at another meeting, but I'll just have to admire the pictures you have posted. (#166)

I'm glad you are okay!!
