Where: Inskip MINI

When: Start gathering 8 am
Tech chat: 9-10 am
Driver's meeting: 10:15

What: Inskip has invited us in for coffee and a tech chat with their Service Manager Kevin Benway. He'll have a R53, R56, and a couple other MINIs up a lift. Send me your questions and Kevin will be prepared to go over any and all things MINI.

From there we will take a drive through Eastern Connecticut and end up someplace for lunch.

How's this event looking? Any idea of how many people will turn out (if the weather is nice)?

I bought my Mini just five short weeks ago and would love to connect with others.

 

you should post this over on nemini.org I'm sure you coud get a few people from there to go. I might try and make this myself.

 

It see it is posted over at Nemini. I'm thinking it likely that I'll go, but really I'll decide when I wake up that morning--it's two hours away. If I go, I'll take pics and share them here.

I'll probably be here at work until 11:00 tonight (longer if I keep typing this). Still interested in going, but the night is shrinking fast.

Well, I decided to go after all. It was a two hour drive to Inskip from my house and I knew I'd miss the tech time, but made it for the drive and lunch.

It was my first time at such a gathering and I'm sure glad I went!. Most excellent company. People I know I'll see again.

Sorry I didn't get to chat with each of you, but it sure was fun driving through twisty back roads of Eastern Conn together!.

Looks like you guys had a good time. was a beautiful day for a drive. I didn't get home from Boston until 1:30 this morning. really didn't feel up to another 2hr drive

 

Great roads, awesome weather and the food was a perfect ending to the day

It was good to see some new faces in the crowd. Really looking forward to next time.

And thanks for making that long haul to Inskip and posting these photos ! Much appreciated. Mine came out a bit fuzzy. There will be some events out your way soon enough.
