Factory aero kit parting out.

I have decided to part out my factory MCS aero kit. Had a local buyer that turned out to be a flake. All parts are new never installed. All prices do not include shipping. I will ship within the U.S. only. Currently all parts are painted Purple Haze/Black Eyed Purple. Again everything is new never mounted.

Front aero bumper: $225 (includes painted to match license plate mount)
Rear aero bumper: $225
Front aero grills: $85
Engine I/C cover painted to match: $75

I am open to offers however I will not "give away" the parts. If your intent is a low ball offer do not bother.

Sorry but I am not set up on Pay-Pal. Money order shipments will ship the same day. Personal checks will ship once the check clears the bank.

I hate to say it, but the prices may be a bit high. You can get a painted front aero bumper from Classic MINI for a little under $400 shipped to your door...just a heads up

The full kit is pretty widely available for about $900 so I would imagine the total of pieces should not exceed that amount (except for arches) since you are really marketing to everyone now who would have to get the parts repainted thats all its worth at best.....On the other hand its a good deal for a PH owner.

Have you posted in the purple haze thread?

We have a PH Cooper that we would like to paint the arches and side skirts.

My only concern is that I'd still have to paint another piece of trim on the stock Cooper bumpers since we would not be using the MCS aero bumpers.

That leaves me with 4 parts that I still need to have painted and maybe I'd be better off just having our local shop do it all since I'd still need paint work done in order to make your parts work for us. . . . sigh. . .

Maybe your best bet is to just be patient and wait for the right person with a PH MCS to come along.

I'll call my local shop and see what it might cost to have those small pieces painted. If it is reasonable enough, I'll get back with you and make an offer on your trim pieces. . .

I have approximately a pint of paint left over. The shop mixed a quart and only needed about half of it to paint everything. If you buy the arches and skirts I will throw in the paint.

Yucca,
Almost forgot you won't have 4 pieces to paint, just two. I did the complete arch sets not just the peices to match the aero kit.

There are a few more photos in my gallery (thanks Yacca). What is not pictured are the skirt bracks, grills, and misc hardware. All of which does go with the parts. The photos do not do the paint job justice. Shoot me some offers. Also lowered some of the prices.

Actually it would be very easy to change the color. No sanding needed. The hard/expensive part is done. Check with a local body/paint shop for an estimate. The expensive part of painting is the prep work. All of these parts have been meticulously blocked out to perfection. Not a garage hack job.
