FS: Hitch System for 02-06 MCS (complete with Wiring Harness)

This is a complete custom-made hitch system that I purschased in 2004 from a chasis welding fabricator. Unlike the old minifini system, this system is completely hidden when the hitch arm and hitch ball is not bolted on. As you can see from the photos, I used it tow a utility trailer with a gokart and tool box (weighing avg. 1000lbs with no problems). Simple installation and should only take 60 minutes tops. Only have to loosen the rear mufflers to gain access to the chassis attachment.

I am asking $650 which includes chasis attachment, arm with 2' hitch ball, and wiring harness. Here are some photos:

I'm not in the market for a hitch, but I gotta say, wow, that is one slick hitch! This guy should go into production!

hitch kit

he actually went into a small production of these and sold a decent number of kits but however, this is not the core of his business so I guess he had decided to cease production and focus on his real job.

Looks pretty slick. I have the mini fini tow link, and I am looking for just the wiring harness. Do you know the part number for that? Thanks

hitch system

Thanks. Yes indeed, this is a very well designed and made system.

There is no part number on this wiring but it is made by HIDDEN HITCH@ built for life... So perhaps you can google this up and find a distributor for this brand. Good luck.

Pls help spread the word on this system as i need diaper money soon for the newborn. :=P

Thanks

Sam

I hope these remaining photos will give you a better idea on how this system is setup. Once again, there is no fabrications and changes needed to be made to or around the chasis attachement area. All you have to do is remove the rear bumper and the chassis attachment will fit right into the vacant area for installation. Your exhaust & heat shield will not be touched or altered whatsoever. Thanks and let me know.
