FS: 6 disc CD Changer for MC/MCS-FREE SHIPPING!!

SOLD...THANKS

This is a used, fully functional CD changer from my MCS. I installed it about 14 months ago, and it works through the factory steering wheel controls etc. It is a original BMW changer, and comes with a 6 disc original magazine. The changer works fine - all controls are functional. I have a MCS with sport suspension, and once in a while if I hit a pothole at speed it will skip - judging from other people's comments that is pretty normal for these units as they sit above the right rear wheel. It also includes the factory bracket that will fit the MC or MCS. The outside of the mounting bracket has some normal wear and tear scratches since it sits in the trunk area.

Price: $150.00 incl bracket, shipping and insurance within the cont USA-Hawaii and Alaska we can negotiate shipping cost.

Regards

Viraf

If you still have it, I'm interested. What about the wiring kit?

1. Installation is three screws that go into the plastic area on the right side of the trunk - the original MINI changer bracket is included.. It is quite simple - all you need is three self tapping screws. There are two plugs that go into the back of the CD changer.

2. Wiring kit: no idea on this one - my car was pre wired with the two plugs under the carpet in the trunk. Please check your situation. Once plugged in, the CD functions through the factory head unit and the steering wheel buttons are also activated.

It takes 10 minutes to install as long as the car is pre wired.

Thanks for looking.

Hi:

You should be pre-wired. Lift up the carpet in the trunk on the right side and there shoulf be two plugs - these go directly into the back of the CD changer.

Mine was installed on a 2002 - please check your application.

I just went out to look. The wires are there, just rolled up inside the tail light access door.

I'm working another deal on a changer right now. I've made an offer, but if it doesn't work out I'll give you a shout.
