I ran JL XR650 front speakers & the sub through the amp, and powered the rear (Stock) speakers from the head unit - which remained stock. The system sounded AMAZING.

 

Does the stealthbox come with a sub?

 

Yes - it is the complete package designed by JL Audio for Mini, with the 10W3v2-D2 included.
