R 90 Anthracite Wheels/Tires

R-90 Anthracites For Sale-17"
R-90 wheels and tires! Tires are OE Dunlop 9000 Performance Run-Flats. Wheels were bought from a NAM member and came off a 2004 Cooper S MC edition. Wheels have 2800 miles and they're perfect! No scratches, scuffs, or blemishes. Tires are from my 2005 Cooper S and they're brand new, less than 100 miles. Tires were mounted and balanced by Roadshow Mini, Memphis TN. I'm selling the Cooper S, so I put the S-lites and Goodyears that came on the R-90s on the car. Pictures and phone number available by email. Wheels/tires can be picked up in Memphis area or Biloxi, MS area. $1600 + shipping, firm price. tburnham@olemiss.edu

1600?
I'm thinking BBS deepdish with T1 much lighter weight and much better looking also with ultra performance tires!

That is WAY steep. I would say $800-1000 would be fair.

I also feel your asking price is not at market value. A good reference is finding the exact same set that has sold on Ebay recently...

Seems like a fair price with tires, it just depends on how much you want them.

I actually agree that's a fair price with tires. I am interested in R90s but I am looking for silver rather than the grey color.

Silver isn't too hard to find on ebay for around $500-600 without tires.

Dude......your price is your price and thats it. Most people want everything for free and don't know the value of quality.Flame me if you like but I am speaking the truth. When a good deal comes along people should jump on it . When its out there let the market sway the seller without bashing him or her

These people ARE the market, and I see no "bashing" going on, just a little info being passed along.

And $1600 is a lot for these rims, even with tires.

As the other posts said it is high even compared to ebay prices for oem take offs. If a mini owner wants oem quality he will pay for it but if its a performance upgrade he can get much better deal with performance rubber and rims from any # of sources including tire r--k and Ebay.

if they run around 1900 brand new, and the dude says 100 miles on them, with the runflats, i think 1600 is very good price, if you don't like it don't buy it, let it go.... someone will, or someone will send pms and negotiate it while the rest are bitching about it. heh heh eheeeeee pathetic

My guess is the people responding are not seriously interested. I should have been more clear in my post. These wheels are Rare and of high quality. The seller didn't ask for anyones advice on pricing these. If you read his post he states at the end "firm" refering to his price. "bashing" was not the proper term to use. I should have used "annoying"

How many sets do you see floating around? Hard to find many sets of Anthracite R90s outside of MC40s

Didn't say they weren't .

They are rare when compared to other factory wheels.

Yeah, but if someone wants to buy a set, they aren't rare cause you can get them at the dealer.

I think they are rare because no one buys them from the dealer.

Rare= " not found in large numbers and consequently of interest or value"

definition off my apple dictionary your 73 Mach 1 also came from a dealership no?

There you go...interest or value. Not many people interested in them at the dealer price.

i agree that its a little to steep but its not very nice to bash someone because of his price. Obviously you guys are not in the market for these wheels other than he will give it for almost free. I had the same problems when I was selling my wheels in this forum but lucky enough other members knew how much its really worth and was sold. But i bet people who gives all these negative comments wont sell as cheap as they want. If you guys have nothing nice to say at least pm the seller or just keep it to yourself.... sorry dont mean to offend anyone
