why selling so soon?

 

I currently have an 04 "S", PW/PW, and I had purchased the Conv for my wife to drive. She wants the new CVT with paddle shifts,as she is not a fan of manual shifting. Hopefully, I'll be able to order a car for next year delivery after I sell this one.
It drives great, looks great, and I hope it goes to a good home.

 

good luck . You are asking someone to pay full price for a second hand car, spec'd by someone else.Even dealers who might sell a demo with this kind of mileage expect to discount the price.Alot can happen to a car in 500 miles.requests for pictures are NOT out of line.I hope you didn't buy this car to turn over to some person unwilling to wait .

 

I agree. The Cabrios are sitting on dealer lots right now. BMW was hoping to get the cars out sooner for a spring launch. Cabrio demand right now is lowest of the year because of the season. I do wish you the best, but you need to post photos in order to make a sale.

 

i think we all just love these cars so much, that even though we all know what they look like,we still love seeing a pic of one that may be the exact same color combo as our own. so ya,we like pics

 

I will have pictures up on Monday. I look at the car every morning in the garage as I get into my PW/PW MCS, and it looks "awesome" to me. I've already had the car detailed as it comes from the dealer looking a little "rough", and it really stands out. Tomorrow morning, I'll wash it, drive it down to the coast and back, wash it again and wait for the potential new owner to call.

I think that you can get sticker. I had a customer/friend get one from me, then decided on different options and sold his on Ebay for over sticker.

 

I calculated sticker as a little over 26.6k via the configurator. So does that mean he will be able to get msrp and have his taxes and fees covered as well?

cayucosteve Don't listen to NAM members who are not aware of the markups and long lines for your car. We are shipping across the country from S. Florida to Washington state because of excessive markups. Some as much as $8000. I'm sure you have but just place an add in your Sunday section and it will sell fast if you can find a buyer who wants black cabrio where you live.

This type of crap is completely out of line, this guy simply wants to sell his car and you come along and bad mouth his ad for all to see. If you dont agree with the prices or reasons for selling you see here on the board then be a good sport and PM or email the seller with your suggestions instead. It sure would be nice to have a "no reply" post option in the market place to stop this kind of BS.
