Out of curiosity,

Is the stick in the photos included in the deal? And how do you keep your lawn so green in February?

You should set the initial bid at the amount you want for the part
and leave it at that.

Reserve-price auctions are lousy. (IMHO)

I would have bid, but I refuse to bid on reserve-price auctions.

Be honest, set the initial price and be done with it.

If it had one price, it would be a classified ad, not an auction.

mgcman, if you like the stick, I can throw in many more, free, for cost of shipping!

Sacramento is pretty in the winter, green grass (ok, and mud)

Come August its as brown and yellow as can be....rarely ever white!

Trippy,

I used a reserve price auction because I don't really know what the part is worth.
I know sometimes people put a pretty high reserve on auctions, and I agree thats
frustrating, but they have a purpose, too.

I wanted a minimum amount--less than that, I'd probably not bother to sell. I didn't want to discourage bidding because i did want to see what the part was worth...

The bidding went higher, which I hoped for but didn't know...so it worked out good for me.

...when I bid on reserves, I just bid how high somethings worth to me anyways...if it isn't up to the reserve price, I'm not gonna buy it and they're not gonna sell it to me. that's what I think is cool about ebay...everybody can do it how they want. If I knew what it was worth I'd have just listed it here on the marketplace. Motor On!

Hey that's a darn good idea. I should sell my old toggle panel on eBay too. Otherwise the thing is just sitting around collecting dust.

Hope you don't mind me using your idea!

Yea Hamsta,

So far I'm keeping my stock air filter, but unless I was going to undertake a "project" I can't see keeping the toggle switches...

I would sell my original intercooler cover, but I see on ebay they are going really cheap ($8?) so I'll just hold on to it, I guess....

The toggle switch was worth selling though...

Feel free to use my grass and stick if you'd like
