Despite my earlier fumble with google and their name, I must say that there's nothing of the aforementioned search results that I could say about these guys!

I visited Helix13 on Friday (Nov 14th) with my MCS, and had Eric and his very capable co-mechanic (his name escapes me now, i'm horrible with names) install Borla Exhaust, 15% Pulley, B&M short-shifter.

It was awseome. They work clean, effective and they know their stuff. I was very impressed, and their prices are very reasonable. (Even got a pizza for lunch, thanx!)

Very cool guys, I feel like I must recommend them to everyone here who lives on the east coast.

Besides their excellent work, my car now feels like it got fire under it's "tail". I love it more than ever! Even had a little test on Turnpike on the way back with two hooked up hondas, returning from the track, judjing by markings... Kicked their butts..

Very happy costumer,

Thanx!!!

The co-mechanic is the (one of the) new guy(s) at Helix. He is a pretty well known tuner in VW land named Chris Cafiero. He has worked for AWE Tuning as well as Tyrol Sport in NY. Just don't get caught in a race with his rather stealthy looking Jetta: that 1.8t puts more than 300 hp to the wheels.
