Sorry to hear about the trade "up". I'd be interested in the coolant bottle--recently ordered something from Forge and it took forever to ship. I'd be interested in the wire set as well if not too many miles. PM me if it turns out that you need to start selling some of these items.

well new ones cost 225 roughly so we can go lower than that.
If you are In Ny I will swap spings and shocks/struts with you.

Howdy vdubdoug,
I said it in the other thread & I'll say it here (with true care for a fellow MINI driver), - I think you would get much more than the dealer will offer you on trade, by selling you MCS outright. I wouldn't say it if I didn't think it would move relatively fast as well.
Looking at our local papers here Madison, WI, I've never seen a MINI offered, MC or MCS. The local used car lots are selling used MCS' for a couple grand more than one can buy a new one, - with less packages/equipment even!
Really, look into those selling on eBay if you question the draw. I'm sure you know your area & related economics/market, but RandyBMC, the MINI MotorSports gent who did our Pulley Mod was sure any MCS with mods would sell for more, even in this market.
More to the point, I may be interested in trying your K&N set-up; Not my 1st choice, - but the wife would be happy to see me spend less then the ALTA CAI cost.
Good luck either way, - as a consumer rights advocate & MINI enthusiast, I want to see you get what's right.
Please let me know as your time allows.

I would like to know how much you would like for the forge bottle, RDR'S and the k&n. I would also like to maybe see some pics of them to see the condition.
Thanks,
Robert
P.S.
I feel your loss.
