Long story short , I WANT a 2010+ mini cooper jcw. I'm willing to trade down ! OR I would sell the car outrite for 12k ONLY I will entertain offers but with a trade if we're are FAR apart I would expect cash on your end but like I said , I am willing to trade down. Mileage also doesn't bother me so long as you can prove maintenance has been performed and the car has NO RUST or decent body damage. I have 2x r53's so I plan to keep which one doesn't get moved.
You CANT build this car for under 30k not including the amount of time invested. I will link the build thread detailing everything ive done to and replaced on the car but I will give you a quick list off the top of my head , all mods ect were purchased and installed by me or with a more experienced helper..
prior to purchasing the car 3yr ago from an owner in California he replaced the eng n trans with a much much lower mile set and brought the car to WI and I immediately purchased it. Since owning, it's always been a garage kept / fair weather car and put away in winter. It's only seen cold road ONCE !
so all replacement parts ect are no more than 3yr old and 10k miles MAX ! I will also link a YouTube video showing the car and a 5-120mph pull.
besides all the mods. The car has NO cel or error lights on other than airbag light because of racing seats. It WILL pass emissions too ! Heres what I can remember ive replaced :
Supercharger , clutch setup ,exeddy tob , all intake and exhaust gaskets , exhaust bushings , cabin air filter , all 4x hubs and speed sensors , all the brakes and high temp dot4 , mls headgasket and arp headbolts , timing guides and tensioner, valvecover gasket, fuelinjector orings , 260lpj fuelpump with filter and tank cleaning ,  paintjob ( battleship grey ) is 2yr old only , fresh coolant as tvs900 was just recently installed , only ever run rotella 5w40, fresh intercooler coolant , p.s system was replaced under recall almost 3yr ago,  tires have under 10k on them , complete ignition is 6months old , front and rear tmap sensors,  new crank sensor ,wiring and harness , knock sensor , cam sensor , slave cylinder, guide tube , rear main seal, master cylinder, all 4x brake lines , has upgraded donut style header flange because of obx 421 headers , entire suspension , coilovers, balljoints , 4x adjustable rear control arms , rear swaybar bushings , new battery in March, new alternator, new ground wires , 1YR old windshield, And probably ALOT more I'm forgetting.  No expense has been spared in this build.

. Mishimoto aluminum radiator and 180' thermostat
. Detroit tuned bypass valve
. Ported and shaved and anti heat ceramic coated intercooler horns
. Upgraded silicone coolant hoses and upgraded vacuum lines
. Upgraded intercooler boots
.facelift ecu with Custom tuning done by adriancl via ONROAD live data
