WINDOW TINTING
Hello Lowcountry MINIS Club. I picked up my Clubman S five weeks ago at MINI of Charleston and I am trying to find a good place to have my windows tinted. Would you give a recommendation to any in the Charleston area. I want to make sure it is SC legal, dark as possible, and of high quality. I would appreciate any assistance.
Thanks

Matt Algea - ProTint - not the cheapest but probably the best in town and will come to you to do it. He's done at least 10 vehicles in my family over the years, always top notch quality and work
his number is 744-TINT (or 747 maybe, not sure of the first three digits and can't find his card, he is in the phonebook though)
You might have seen his custom work van with "TintZilla" on the side of it around Charleston before

not a bad idea, maybe meet at Chad's shop (or somewhere else on the way, Dunkin Donuts again maybe) grab some coffee and roll in together

Edit:
I seemed to also have missed the deadline to register, I'll be parking my car in a parking lot it looks like!

No plans to enter show, just going to check out the cars
Don't forget the autox on the 14th. Due to a scheduling conflict it has been moved to O-burg. Registration is open: http://www.motorsportreg.com/index.c...B5816A9F56724C
I'm in. So where to meet...?
I haven't been to Folly Beach in awhile and I know there are lots of restaurants out there. It will still be cold (forecast 58 degrees), but I would not mind driving around Folly before or after lunch.
If not Folly, then maybe Coconut Joe's on Isle of Palms? I'd just like to get me out of North Charleston for an afternoon.
Those are my suggestions, but I'm very accommodating if there are other ideas.
Anyone else out there? I'm still waiting to hear Matt's Magnaflow exhaust after I was late to the mod-day at Chad's shop.
Later,
Bobby
