Best adjustable shocks / coilovers for 2025 JCW Convertible (F67) — comfort + track

I'm looking to add adjustable shocks to my 2025 JCW because the stock "adaptable" dual valve suspension is just too stiff for daily driving. My goal is something that can be adjust to the S level or a little softer for daily driving but still adjust to fairly stiff setting for driving on the track. I'm considering either the Ohlins Road & Track MCS MU00S1 or the Bilstein B16 PSS10. First, can someone confirm if an F57 shock will fit in the newer F67 chassis? Any comments or experience with either shock?
