Does anyone know if the JCW pro exhaust would fit on a 2024 Mini Hardtop JCW? Thank you.

 

Yes it will and be prepared to install it yourself. Good luck finding a Mini dealer that'll install it as their computer system says not compatible with 2020+ [long story short, in the US it's due to 2020 changes of emissions regulations]. Very, and I mean very few people, have found dealers willing to do the install.

Install of the actual exhaust system is quite easy. Install of the wiring inside the car is the time-consuming part. No coding is required though.

 

+1^ Fits but dealers will want to match Vin for coding/match part on their side when the car enters the dealership.

 

I have a 2023 JCW Clubman and have the same question. Also would the wiring be the same as the stock unit to open the flap? Thank you.

 

For the clubman, none for the 2020+ JCW But.... it shared the same as the F54 All4 platform. I bet you could make it work.

Also be aware that this may be illegal in your state.

Here in NY State, it is. You can change any exhaust if it results in a louder sound. - And the fine is huge. About $1,000 for an owner, and much worse for any shop that does the work.

The upside of this law is that I no longer have to worry about picking the best aftermarket exhaust! lol.

The stock JCW is actually pretty good, anyway. I'm going to install the Eventuri cold air intake, do a chip tune, and leave it there.

 

No check engine lights or anything with the JCW Pro exhaust on a 2024 JCW 2 Door? I really want the ability to get a little more "real" volume that isn't just the speakers in the car, but I dont want codes or warranty issues and also want the ability to make it quiet again. I'm not in a state that prohibits aftermarket exhaust, so it's not problem with install and inspection provided I don't void the warranty of get dash lights

Check with MINI dealer first as some are picky when installing or working on these per vin. They tie Vin to everything. Remember no flash for a tune anyway with factory JCW.

Just what's MINI says fits per Vin, they like to make things complicated, the older one used to be about the same price as the newer and MINI lowered the price to us to move more of them. They invested a bunch in these systems, as I met the old product manager for MINI that helped bring these to market.

They dont get a supplied tune with the JCW tuning kit exhaust from MINI. You can tune them aftermarket with a flash or piggyback. MINI does not have one due to EPA regulations.

 

Added a 50mm Hybrid Turbo so I had to add a 3" Exhaust
