reverse JCW stripes.

My (spoiled) daughters R52 vert JCW came in Cool Blue paint. The side mirrors are simple black. The bonnet and boot stripes were / are black with red edging. Its time for new stripes and we are thinking painting the side mirror covers Chili Red and laying down Red stripes with black edges. Our thoughts are that the scheme will look great and keep in touch with the JCW bloodline. Thoughts? And are these available pre made? Would really like the signature in black on one bonnet stripe as well. Thought I would look for retail before watching my vinyl guy sigh and roll his eyes at me again.. LOL
Thanks,

Sounds like a plan. You can buy Chile red side mirror caps (they snap off/on very easily. Mirror Caps

If your vinyl guy already has a file/template it should be easy for him to install some new stripes. What issue did you have with your vinyl guy before?

I had to describe Tie-Dye Peace Symbol center cap decals and that I wanted them 52mm. Dude is an old burn-out and is metric challenged. The process was painful but they are perfect. No heckin way does he have a R52 bonnet stripe file. But we like him and he will make stripes for me if I ask. I think Ill do just that.
