F56 belt line removal ?
I am prepping my '15 S to wrap it (GP 3 concept inspired) and need to remove the belt line. I checked the manuals and tested some pieces. The hood and front quarter panels (scuttle panel) come off easily. The door may have a screw close to the handle side and does not appear to be a problem. What I cannot find is the trim on the rear/side windows. On some videos, it appears to be glued on. The manual on the website lists an adhesive. Any help will be appreciated.
BTW, the mirrors come off easily. In folded position, remove two plugs on base and use an Allen wrench. The door handle appears to be easily removed, there is a plug in the side on the door that lets access to the holding screw, and like most cars, once removed, the handle slides off (towards the screw hole).
Thanks.
