hey y'all! just ordered mine....now back to that old familial waiting gig....

i ordered rebel green with white trim and stripes to mimic the wc50 look. i look forward to sharing the wait and the mods to come....and yes, i've already ordered mods, even though i swore i wasn't gonna go crazy this time around!

 

Did you have a wc50? There were only a few hundred of those made right? I assume your new one is a JCW since you posted in this forum. I've never driven one but I hear they are really fast, and I think mine is pretty fast. What mods? I think the Rebel Green is the exact same color.

 

Congratulations, loving that color scheme. Be sure to post up some pictures for us when you get some. How long will you be playing the waiting game for?

 

no, i never had a wc50. all i have is a production # at this point! So yes, a new JCW, and yup, rebel green is the color used on the wc50. to get the look right, the first mods are exterior: carbon fiber bits and some tint. i am really gonna try hard to control myself this time around! really, i mean it!

 

Yeah, I said the same about this one too. Another epic fail!

I told myself that I was not going to buy any mods until the break in period was done.... EPIC FAIL!!!! I had numerous boxes in my basement waiting for the car to arrive!!!

I guess great minds think alike! I thought the same thing, but the first mod happened after about 100 miles! Followed by numerous other ones shortly thereafter, I have been under control for a couple of thousand miles now.
