You can get them off of Amazon now. I purchased mine from eBay about eight or nine months ago. They're all of a five minute job and plug right in. Didn't need to let the DME go to sleep or anything, didn't throw codes.
As a side note, I did pick up Carly for BMW and a wifi dongle which allows you to program them to come on when the doors are unlocked. Looks pretty cool at night.

These match the smoke-colored fender reflectors (which I have but didn't install yet because of the dumb plastic rivets hold the plastic to the actual fenders) that Way sells.
