You are asking too much for used wheels. Remove the tires and drop the price by half. The shipping cost will be more affordable for potential buyers.

I'm not going down the road offering advice on value because I don't know, but you definitely WILL have better luck selling wheels without tires! That's just a plain fact. If you can find a local buyer then it's different maybe.

My asking price is more than fair for these wheels and tires with less then 60 miles on them.

If they are as new as you said, bring them to your local tire store on a consignment agreement.

Better to have 1K in your pocket if they sell than nothing no matter the shop would keep a big chunk.

Wheels are inexpensive to ship w/o tires mounted....they will sell quickly if you dismount the tires! Nobody wants used tires for a distance sale! That's just a fact from my experience over many years buying parts.
