! I need a jcw pulley puller asap! Please help!

Hi NAM community! I'm working on my 06 JCW this weekend, and I'm replacing the stock pulley with a Cravenspeed 15%. I forgot before ordering everything that the OE JCW is a smaller size pulley than a standard OE S pulley.

Does anyone have a JCW pulley puller I can rent/buy from you? Need it shipped ASAP so it arrives no later than Saturday morning. I can PayPal immediately.

Someone has to have one... Please help! Thanks.

Thom

Way Motor Works used to rent a JCW puller. Not sure how much it would be to get it across the country by Saturday though. If you talk with him, ask him about 15% vs 17% when upgrading a JCW.

No luck renting one from Way. :/

Looks like I'm cutting off the OE pulley. Good thing this is a lifetime car for me!

Too bad about Way not having a JCW puller for rent anymore. If you do find one make sure it's for the JCW pulley or you might be out some $$ and still be cutting off your pulley. Replacing the pulley doesn't take too long, so take your time if you cut off the pulley so you don't damage the shaft or heat up the bearings.

Here's a great how to from Pelican on replacing the pulley.

FWIW, and not advertising for Way or anything... just updating zombie threads for future readers...

Way is selling his custom JCW pullers now, and looks like he rents them too with the purchase of a pulley

Check his site for more
