Late response, but I can help with your search. These are available from the UK. I just ordered and received a set like the ones in your photo. They arrived today in gloss black with dark silver mesh. I was expecting matte black, and have just reordered another pair.

If you are interested in the gloss black (like the ones in your original photo), shoot me your email address and I can send photos of the pair I received. JackMac, I would be interested in seeing what the gloss back set looks like. thank you. I am wanting a set for my Pepper White Aero kit as well.

 

Below is another photo of the same R53 as shown in the first post. Upon a closer look, I believe this insert may be gloss black. Will take a photo of the set I received and post it here tomorrow too.

I plasti-dipped mine, and am pretty happy with the result. Eventually I'll put honeycomb mesh over it.

Yep they are NLA so most people just dont get them or cut out black 3M sheets. That looks good, never seen it in Red,
