When I was talking to the dealership today, I realized that JCW exhaust is available from the dealership for $1025. That's probably the most expansive exhaust for the MINI on the market. As usual, anything "JCW" has a premium attached to its price tag.

You're gonna at this one. When trying to obtain decently priced tips for my supersprint exhaust I asked the dealer (Universal City) how much the JCW tips were and he said.....wait for it.....$120 each, that's a total of $240 for exhaust tips ONLY.

While $1025 is expensive, that is less than what was mentioned awhile back.

Supersprint is more expensive depending on the setup you choose for the MCS. It's highly customizable, performance tuned and lightweight.
http://www.promini.com/products/sss.shtml
For example-
Center & Connecting Pipes
Center Resonator 022 830 603 $406.41
Connecting Pipe 022 830 633 $140.01
Street Mufflers
Left Street Muffler 022 830 634 $477.34
Right Street Muffler 022 830 604 $477.34
Center Exit System Tips
Viper Tips 022 830 667 $256.52

Total for parts-
$1757.62
$80 to install.

Now the JCW exhaust and tips seem like a bargain. But it isn't going to sound or perform like the Supersprint.
I do like the JCW tips. Makes my Milltek tips look plain.

I successfully performed exhaust tips transplant, replacing the Milltek with JCW tips.
