no SC pulley? only crank? interesting!

Samco intake hose = 5hp (at least!), plugs, wires, coil pack, high flow air filter are all "little" things that add up to "one big thing", IMO...

then theres exhaust work, lighter wheels, bigger IC, ect ect.

else, meth kit, and / or 550cc injectors (since you already have a tune, but you will need it re-tuned for bigger injectors and / or meth)

else Twin charge it...

Sorry but your not going to get 3hp out of just an intake hose, maybe with an intake, but not the hose by itself. There just isn't enough restriction in the stock hose to get a gain.

As for mods this guy can do. Header, cam, GP intercooler, 17% pulley, ported intake manifolds, and thats just a few off my head.

Additional performance is great but going past a certain point it will come at a cost.....You have an awesome looking JCW MINI and in the end it still has to serve you as a daily driver George.

Before any of that RMW stuff........I'd be looking how to enhance the performance of your existing mods bringing it all together. A GP IC, and DDM Diverter are excellent suggestions and will aid in cooling the additional air flow you have created without unwanted pressure drop

Coil overs, adjustable front camber plates, lower control arms and end links and an alignment not only looks awesome, and make your JCW unique, but will lower center of gravity and reduce air pressure under car for better stability.

Boost is great when done correctly.

Heat created from it w/o aid from the cooling of proper fuel flow makes for short engine life...

Reduce unsprung weight (lighter wheels, tires), eliminate unnecessary weight in the car (Odyssey battery, rear seat delete, racing seats, etc.). Eliminating 100-150 lbs. can do wonders!

lol. no, losing weight will not give you "more" of anything. what it does is increase your Power to Weight Ratio; Less Weight = More Power AVAILABLE... your simply freeing your engine from having to haul around extra crap, making the car perform better.

i stripped my celica down to the bone just about, made it lighter, which made it faster, better gas mileage too

but, i seriously doubt just removing the back seat will do much. now, rip out the dash, back seat, headliner, carpets, all your molding, rear seat belts, and well, anything else that is not severely necessary for the cars operation, THEN youll really feel it!... but now youve got a metal interior and a very loud car (from the inside).

A lot...

Your dyno # of 225whp sounds insanely high for a car with only a crank pulley/tune...but most of the RMW cam/header combo cars are 220-230whp.

I have a more aggressive version of the street cam (high lift, same as the race cam...but less duration) and my results were below 231whp/195trq:

I can tell you that the cam and header are worth every penny...best mods for the car for the money.

If you believe a stock JCW 210 ACTUALLY has 210 hp then I have some VERY valuable land I can sell you cheap.

Not sure what your suggesting, because stock JCW cars routinely dyno 180-190 whp. Take a 15% average drive-train loss and that puts you right around 210 bhp.

My bad. I confused BHP with actual hp. I was misinformed of the meaning of BHP. Sounds dumb, but for some reason I thought that was brake horse power, which it is, but not at the actual brakes. Turns out its at the crank, using a crank brake to measure HP. Oh well, learn something new every day!

Tell me more about this land... Lol. Jk
