What plugs for my 03' JCW MCS?

I'm getting ready to change the spark plugs on my 03' JCW mini. What have you guys found the best type (heat range) plugs to run? I'm in Missouri where it's really hot and humid in the summers...and I'm also wondering if it would help to go one heat range colder just to keep any pinging from happening on those really hot humid days.

The car is all stock, except all of the JCW stuff (11% jcw pulley, exhaust, intake, head...what ever else jcw does to it.).

Thanks!
