So i'm new here and am having a really hard time finding the correct channels to go through in order to get a replacement JCW badge for my car.

I just purchased it last week. The front lower badge is still there, but the rear badge has been removed.

I've got documentation and pictures and whatnot to prove its an actual JCW car, so thats all good :-)


Is the dealer going to be the only option here?

I've seen that and a couple others on ebay, but the location worries me.

Not sure if it's an official badge or not.

 

Got one, it's the OEM badge. They say used but mine was brand new. Makes me wonder if someone is selling these from the factory. Who knows...

We can get em for you, but your right they are not cheap.

I ordered one from that same dealer on ebay.

its 100% original, or if not, indistinguishable. It is exactly like the original badge on the front grill :-)

My rear badge went missing from my JCW last month. Not sure if it fell off or if someone plucked it off (no scratches, thankfully).

I found it on eBay from the same seller in Taiwan. It is a good quality badge, not plastic with a chrome coating, it is a solid metal emblem, I'm not sure what type of metal it's made from. Judging by the pics I have of the car showing the original emblem, they are almost identical looking.

There are some faint leftover wax marks around where the old emblem was on the boot, if I look closely I could see the template. The new one does not quite line up with the template of the old one, but they are VERY close in size. For the price, I'm definitely not complaining. It arrived in PA from Taiwan in around 8 days.
