JCW Aero bumper Brake Duct install question

Ok, I got the JCW R56 aero bumper with the new brake duct kit. There are templates that came with the bumper to cut out something in order to install the kit. My question is, what needs to be cut and where? Also, there are several other parts that I assume are for the ducting. Where do those go? There are no instructions and I have searched for a DIY or any other info to no avail. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
