I just bought a nice JCW exhaust for Artoo. But it came without tips and I thought that the stock tips will fit. Alas, they don't.

Are there any alternatives to the JCW tips that look as good and also fit? Fortunately the JCW tips are still available but I was looking for an alternative before I pull the trigger on those.

I believe R56 Cooper S tips but thats all I have ever seen except for aftermarket/universal. The JCW tips look soo good

 

As far as I know the etched JCW tips only fit a JCW Stage 1 exhaust. They don't fit a standard R56 MCS exhaust and the actual JCW exhaust has its own non-etch tips. I don't understand what you ment "it came without tips"?

 

I bought it used and it didn't have tips.

The screw on tips for R53 did nt come with it... I guess he sold them separately... probably just get s set of JCW tips
Cant go wrong with JCW

 

Not sure what generation of MINI you have, but these guys look like they may have a set of tips that fit a stock MCS exhaust...
