For the one or two of you lucky people that had a JCW stage I kit installed on your automatic, have either one of you had your car emission tested?

My understanding is that Mini has not released the Stage I JCW kit for the automatics because it won't pass emissions.

So I was wondering if any of ya'll have had an emissions test done. I know the cars are running great but I'd love to know if they have emission issues.

i doubt any of them would bother with getting emissions yet. though when (cross fingers) the auto kit gets released and they go in for an update, that should clear it up. since they're just waiting for the emissions to pass, if it's released, it should pass.

 

Yeah, I was just hoping that maybe one of them had a yearly inspection come up.

I hadn't heard about any CEL lights coming on so I was wondering if there really was an emission problem.

If one of ya'll that have the kit wants to go to an inspection station and just have them check the emissions, I'll cover the cost.
