almost 8 years later - 125K miles, 2 kids later (ie: 2 car seats in teh back), 1 rear-ender b/c a teenager was texting while driving, and a ton of upgrades later...it is still on the road...52 miles/day commute in wonderful Atlanta Stop & Go Traffic...

I don't think she'll ever sell this car...

Nice! How many miles on Charlotte? I bought a garage queen with 8,600 miles after 6 years, then drove it daily for almost 2 before becoming a garage queen again.

 

I got her in May 2015. with 26000 km (not miles!)... Now, she sits on 29000km+ (in a garage, waiting for salt to go away...).

 

This is the cleanest and nicest JCW, Competition Edition i have ever seen.

Nice, clean engine compartment with some great mods... is the Chili Red paint really glossy in there? MINI's usually don't have any clearcoat in the engine compartment and hatch jambs. Also, are those lines for an oil catch can?

In my defense, the JCW is almost always in the garage. I just had it out for a day or two since I was working on the Miata and needed the space.

 

Its like going back to 2006 , its so clean.

 

Here is my 06 R53 JCW...It has been a long, rough road.
