JCW Exhaust Tips

Hi guys & girls, I'm a newbie around here so please bear with me while I get used to the forum

I recently decided to embark upon a quest to fit a standard R56 S Exhaust onto my 2007 R56 Cooper, although from reading other posts on different forums it seems as though this may not be as straight foward as I thought lol has anyone had any experience of doing this mod on the R56

My main question however is in connection with the JCW Exhaust Tips, I am not a fan of the standard "S" tips and would like to fit the JCW ones to the exhaust, having got the part number to buy the items individually (18100433063) I am wondering if anyone has the diameter sizes of the JCW tips to compare to that of the standard exhaust prior to ordering

thanks in advance, John

Even with the part number, they may not sell em to you. Most JCW parts replacements require you already owning license to the kit already.

Saw this when a friend of mine's read deck lid badge got destroyed. In order for dealer to get a new one, they had to provide his kit number to get a replacement badge.

Not sure if the tips would be a direct bolt on as the whole rear muffler is replaced when the kit is installed. Iagrre, the OEM ones look cheap. 8.5 mm BTW...good luck
