Has anyone seen these jet black JCW side scuttles? They look pretty nice...

Sorry, no link. It is a black-waffle like design. Looks very nice IMHO.

 

The stock black cooper side grilles are just as nice, and MUCH cheaper. I got rid of the flashy chrome S side grilles on mine.

 

I like the JCW piece but they were priced at $155..... But I think they would look killer if you slapped a red "S" right in the center... In fact, I might just do that....

 

for that price you should go for the AC real carbon fiber side scuttles. i would post pix of mine but the MINI is in the shop.

 

I'd love to get the JCW scuttles, but not at that price. I like the CF stuff, but it wouldn't go with my car. At least the JCW stuff matches my grills. +1 to the red S on the side. I'd have no excuse if they came with that.

 

$155?! I really wish they had used the style from gen 1 cars for this detail - it just looks cleaner. I guess we'll have to see what the aftermarket comes up with.
