JCW package

my dealer told me they were no longer installing the package on cars that did not come from the factory with the jcw on it. so is therer an aftermarket stage 1 and stage 2 kit available yet?

I have been told the JCW Tuning Kit may realease later this yeasr assouming it can pass the EPA emmissions test.
