I emailed JCW last week regarding their exhaust, to see if it could be ordered directly through JCW they responded it could be bought seperately but through the U.S. dealerships, which is true a friend who works at a local dealership showed me a list of each individual JCW part # (without prices ) included in the whole package.
Cheers !!!

Unless sales of the JCW kits are dismal I do not believe that they would sell individual parts of the kit to anyone.
Yes they have separate product part numbers but other than that they are part of a kit. Getting the exhaust or pulley by itself would be only if someone bought the kit and held out the part and didn't let the dealer do the install. The warranty on the pulley install would be up to the dealer to alloy since the entire kit was not purchased. Probably the dealer wants to sell the kit and do the install all under one roof and in the same one cooper S. Ask your dealer and see what he says. I doubt you will be able to any parts of the kit individually for a very long time. If sales are a flop then that is a different matter- I doubt that will happen since so few kits will come to the US.
My dealer is still waiting on the first kit and wants to install it in a demo MCS- that seems to be common. No person has ordered it so far although some have inquired- about 6

Mini of Sterling (VA) has a red JCW that they took to their Italian Job premier and I drove the next day. It is going to be their demo for a few months. I'm just glad I got to it while the clutch was still more or less virgin.
I thought the power was definitely noticeable. On the subject of the exaust, I barely noticed which like a left tackle is the sign of a good job. The car is louder, but the increased noise seemed more front and center than exaust rumble. It certainly wasn't anything like a RSX-S I drove last season where conversation would be nearly impossible at 80 mph.
The midrange power is simply incredible and it transformed what felt like a quick car into what feels like (to me) a fast car. Fast enough that you would probably need to get the car onto a track to appreciate how fast it is.
I think in all it's a job well done and all I can say about the C&D guys is they are definitely jaded by the power revolution. I still wish it had been done by BMW's M division rather than JCW, (I prefer eveything coming from the more or less the same kitchen) but this car is alot of fun.
For my economics, I don't think I would pay the $5,500 to get the kit just simply from a value perspective - warranty or no warranty. If money was no object to me, I would probably go with the JCW over aftermarket options simply for the peace of mind of the warranty.

Just looked in on my JCW install . Very large pallet of parts, head work is very nice. Most of work is on exhaust side, took a LOT of material out of port, very smooth tract from valve to port. Intake side deburred, not much else...under pressure, so not huge gains to be had. Blower has ceramic coating, dissimilar to stock vanes. Pulley smaller, tolerances tighter per my tech/eyeball. My kit is #277. LS header was on before JCW got here, 190mi on car...gonna be a bear to break in easy. All parts new. Very nice, very German package. Amazes me how easy to work on these things, just pull bumper off and R front wheel, and you are there.
