Cooperflags aero bumper decals...

Anybody order and install a set of rear aero bumper cover insert decals?

I have, and I was wondering if they are a wet install or a dry install?

The fine folk from Cooperflags are off to the Dragon, so can't ask them right now...

Anyone have experience with this? I've read the threads about removing the old ones, but nothing about proper install of the new ones. there are instructions in the package for both wet and dry install, but it's unclear to me which is better (or appropriate) for this application.

They looked really cheap...

I had the dealer's body shop paint the area with the same black paint used on the fender trim of the aero bumpers.

I used slightly soapy distilled (b/c I am ****) water and it worked like a charm.

Up close the decal looks ify, but from the rear (when I follow her) they look great!

I would use the soapy solution for a wet install. You are able to move the decals around after you apply them so that you can get them placed where you want them. If you install them dry, then once you apply, that's it.
