i got board the other day so i decided to add a simple stripe down the side then earlier today i decided to take them off starting with the door.then stepped back to get my water and for some reason.. i like the way it looked on the rear quarter and the front fender... something different i think. i also got my windows tinted about 2 weeks ago 35% all around.. made me some chrome side spltters which i like but a lot seems to hate... its about being different love or hate, everyone has there opinion... comments well appriciated

add some lettering across the bottom of the door, it would bring it all together! DragonSlayer, CurveHunter, MINI, ROADCARVER, BLING-Edition, etc

Yes, please; more pics! Can't tell what the "side splitters" are doing. And yes, the door needs something. Interesting; looks like the Ranger hood is a hood scoop on the MINI.

 

i thought about some lettering but i got rid of the lettering around the car... im just waiting for the side vents without the "s"... the stripe went all the way across. i was just planning to take the whole thing off today so i started with the door... i stepped back and for some apperent reason i liked it

 

side splitter isnt made for function... it was based of a design on a 350z side skirts that my friend has... i just decided to make chrome one instead of fiberglass ones..

 

GHAST! I think this car was in a nightmare of mine once where someone stole Black Tie and "rechromed" it!

it looks a bit futuristic.
and it kind of reminds me of a pimped up hummer..but a MINIature version..
(no offense..fixed up hummers with chrome..first thing that came to mind..)
very unique tho.

 

Kinda like the side splitter at the back tire...Stripe with no stripe on door..Looks like ya just picked it up from the bodyshop and they didn't get the new stripe in yet...

 

Sorry i like chrome but thats TOO MUCH CHROME. The strip is unique but i think it will be misunderstood. I think the thing that screamed at me the most when i saw it was those HUGE CHROME RIMS, sorry but those dont belong on a rally car like the MINI. They look like there as big as the car itself and probably weigh as much as the car.
