Interior/Exterior Aero kit VS ORCIARI
its one full piece...notice that the bumper part is completely smooth, no bump like the cooper and no grills like the cooper S
All here is my '06 MCS with the Orciari Body kit. Take a look and let me know what you think........... I personally (kind of oblivious since i forked out the $$) really like distinctive way it looks.

I dont think its anywhere near euro at all even if it is made in italy. I could find hundreds of "import racers" cars that look a lot like the ociari, but i bet you cant find a euro-styled car that looks anything like it. Not to mention the fact that most Euro-style car owners refuse to even put bodykits on and simply modify the stock bumper with shaved parts and molding in OEM lip kits.
The Orciari looks a lot more like this (very aggresive, metal mesh grilles, big wide openings, same middle grill, not very OEM, fake splitter shaped lip, bulgy sideskirts as well, same rear diffuser look for that racecar style)

It looks much more like that than it looks like this (very smooth, oem-look due to shaving, simple aftermarket front grille that looks stock, no bright contrasting fog-lights or anything, doesnt really stand out as a modified bumper to most people)
Rally, I totally agree with your examples. I think that the Orciari is a little bit more rounded than a lot of the Asian import/tuner/rice/whatever-you-want-to-call-it body kits, but the kit itself isnt very euro at all. I think that the only reason that some think that it looks euro is because its on a MINI, if that makes sense.
Euro, tuner, rice - they are all just labels that don't really matter anyways if you like how it looks you like how it looks, if you don't, you don't.

you have the aggresive Import/Rice or the subtle Euro/Kraut...pick or choose to your liking
It is amazing that there are so few body kit options for the Mini. I tend to prefer the facotry aero kit myself but the Orciari is well built. Some aftermarket body kits have serious fit flaws much less a bad look in general.
tasty. a little slammed for me but ...tasty.
Yep.. but, how is the ride? OEM-Like in terms of other cars that use airbags or more jarring/rough?
Orciari Definitely!!!
Back when I started moding cars in the mid 80's, when the "euro" look first started. It was all about dechroming or color matching everything with smooth lines throughout. Regardless of wheather you had a body kit or not. Not that there were many around!
I agree with MONITOR, labels are just that, Labels. If you like the look, go with it....I did.
