Humble? She's SEXY!

Really great looking MINI. Love the original stripes! The silver looks killer with the IB!

Any stripes on her boot?

I'm so jealous...I want stripes. Does anyone know who will do stripes in a Navy Blue color so as to match the either the blue roof on the cabrios or the blue leather inside?

Hey! Haven't I met you before? Are you in Atlanta? Was it you that said they ordered you the wrong bonnet?
If you are who I think, you did your graphics all yourself. Good Job!

I've been wanting to put these stripes on my CR as well. How difficult would it be to carry the stripes through the hood scoop like this car has? That really completes the look IMO.

I'm also trying to decide between white stripes, black stripes, or gray stripes /

I just got back from MITM still going through about 80 emails. I will get to you guys very soon.

To answer one question. I can make your stripes to match your roof or interior as long as they make vinyl in that color.

On a side note here in My New 2007 with my new GPI stripe. I'll have a better picture after I go through all of them from MITM.

I had a local shop do mine and he had no problem with the scoop. Then again mine wasn't on the curved area. I then painted the scoop grill to match the stripes.

^ That looks awesome.
Did you change the bulbs in your parking lights to get rid of the yellow?
If so, to what type?

I did originally but the bulbs had more of a bluish tint than I cared for. So I took the can of white paint, taped off the contact area of the bulb and from about 2 feet away sprayed a mist of paint over the bulb. Lightly enough that it didn't affect its use.

SB - This is what we did to my ride after you left JoMo's last MOD party...

BonnetStripes4x6.jpg?t=1187369273

BootStripes4x6.jpg?t=1187369361

At some point I'm going to pull the bumpers and finish the stripes.

Wow I love that stripe! I'm so torn between that style and the style I posted above! Maybe I can get some suggestions here.

The car:

Should I get the single stripe or the double stripe?

Also, suggestions on color? I really like the white, but I think black or gray could also work. I just don't know.

VS, Whether you go single stripe or double stripe, I would definitely stick with black w/white pins or white w/black pins.

With the checkered mirrors and your door handles, the black & white combinations really help pull the whole MINI together.

My vote: Double Viper stripe in White with Black pinstripes on all four sides. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.
