looks great!
I like the way the stripes go ALL the WAY to the grille, rather than stopping short.
Enjoy!

As someone who frequents sign shops for various projects, I can tell you that they sold you VERY CHEAP vinyl. Although they look nice now, I doubt they will last longer than one year due to environmental based color fading, rock chip damage and delamination from the hood. Cheap vinyl was never meant to take the abuse a hood installed piece of low grade vinyl takes. But I guess for the price you can continue to keep buying them season after season. I'd prefer something with less renewal options.

R,
I had my boat name put on with vinyl from FastSigns. As
far as I can tell....the vinyl used to put the American flag
on my Chili Red/White Cooper that I had was the same
stuff. Been on the boat for years. Salt water BTW.
I don't think there is any difference. IMHO.
And nomo....my bumper is back on!!!

Wasn't trying to rain on anyone's parade. Just trying to show why good stripe kits cost what they do. The factory stripes are pittiful and would fall into the "cheap vinyl" category. Go to a sign shop and look. There are usually at least 3 grades of vinyl available. You get what you pay for: I recently bought some quality vinyl lettering for our club. Went on smooth. My rear wiper hits it daily (darn Oregon rain ) yet it's still just fine. I also had some cheap vinyl lettering done for the side windows for an event we were having. This stuff tore with the slightest of ease, had air bubble problems, etc. It's not that it didn't work, it's that it was cheap and acted as such. I'd say that if you are going to go for the sign shop vinyl stripes, make sure to buy the best vinyl they offer. Sounds like this is what 2minis is using. The difference between $1 a foot vinyl and $3 a foot vinyl is mind bogling.

I have a mini sticker logo on the back on my cooper. i got it on ebay and it has held up quite well, considering the rear wiper hits it all the time as well.

i had it done with fast signs.. that makes me hopeful. i believe it was the same vinyl as the stripes that i had originally that i couldnt do.
awesome! i had my bumper fixed, instead of replacing it. came out great!
