I'm normally a fan of a more understated look, but this actually works pretty well! I don't think you could get away with it in any other color combination. Maybe it is the continuity of the bonnet with the roof graphics that makes it happen.

I think it is unique and works quite well. If you're questioning it or don't love it, then make it what you want. From what I could see, your roof looks pretty original as well. Good for you.

I like the idea although its a bit hard to determine the impact of the whole package without seeing it in person. The one thing I think adds to the busy-ness is the dark scoop along with all the other dark 'holes' in the front; I'd probably have that body color or bring the U down to integrate it like it is on the OEM version. Looks nice tho, unique

While I too like a little more understated look, I think you've managed to tie it all in - and looks good.

But if you add 1 more black strip your gonna have to start adding silver stripes to keep the two colors .

I like it all, including the dark scoop. It does all tie in nicely. If it were just the stripes it would be boring (common), and without the stripes maybe a bit odd. I think it is nicely done and one-of-a-kind.

I would have brought the inside one down thru your intake (hood scoop) to tie that in with the black there..sort of like on my car..but other than that, I like your roof..want to see more of that - would love to do that on mine

i think it all works really well, which i think is due to the design you have on your roof.

does your boot have a pattern on it?

I like it, it looks really cool. I wonder how the look would be if the U shaped stripes reached the hood scoop (like the new silver U shaped stripes do).

I think it looks pretty cool too.
Maybe something on the boot to balance it out.

I agree it's a unique and cool concept.

There's only one thing that bugs me about it...there's so much density of the black in the center of the bonnet that it makes the left and right of the bonnet look rather naked.

What I would do is replace the stripes with some stripes that veer more toward the sides of the bonnet - say extending from the driving lights to the corners of the windshield, with a little bit of a curve in them. And keep the rest as it is.

Looks pretty sharp just as you have it, though...this is just me being nitpicky wiith my personal aesthetic taste. Cheers to you for doing something different!

Looks nice. Original, and does match well with the work on the roof.

I like both stripes seperately but together it may be to much.

Thank you for sharing.

The roof is a Union Jack design two different shades of silver, bought it from Moss Motors. Here is a little better picture.

Overall.... I give you high marks for originality. My own tatses are more conservative....... I tried to block out different pieces to get a look.... I think the scoop makes it look too busy for me.... but only slightly...... keep it and see how it feels..... again very high marks for originality..... I have been thinking of what to do with my car and can't come up with anything .... so I appreciate what you have done.

I love that ...I wonder if it could be done with a sun roof
