Hey,
The other day I was just wandering around looking for cheep mini mods and I found blinking lights for my wheels that only costed me $10. They are motion sensored and you can get it in three differen colors, red, green, and blue. These are called fireflys and it looks sweet at night.

No pics yet, they are called fireflies, $10, Wal-mart, three colors, red, green, and blue, motion sensored, long lasting, replaceable batteries, look awsome.

You might want to check on the legality of the wheel lights, or any new external lights for that matter. Just because you have yet to get pulled over for them or a ticket for them doesn't mean you won't.
Here in Arizona, there are a number of light restrictions.
It is illegal to have any BLUE lights on the vehicle. No red lights visible from the front of the vehicle. These are reserved for Police, Fire, and other emergency vehicles.
Amber or yellow are good picks. I never read anything about green int eh vehicle codes.
So be cautious about those blue wheel and wiper lights.
Just my little bit of info for all to read.

you also forgot to mention how absolutely stupid it is to have lights on your valvestems, or the light up washer jets. those look hacky and silly. car parts should not be bought from wal-mart, that should be a law. just my opinion though, if you really like them then more power to you.
