Who knows where to find this body?

I'd like to get in comunication with someone who sells this Kit. I gather it may be only over seas, maybe Canada, maybe here?
I cantacted the person who built this car but have not heard back.
I'm really only interested in the flairs and running board.

Thanks.

As you probably (where you found the pic??) that is/was a member of TMMZ (he might be changing teams with us). You could go over there and PM him about how he got it. He actually got a large amount taken off by having them "sponsor" his project.

The company that makes it is called "konig seder". It's a german company, but they have them here in the US

Be careful with the company I'm about to link. I have heard horror stories about customer service....but they do in fact carry the kit you are looking into, and might be able to give you more info.

If you need more info, let me know and i can see if i can talk to the owner of the white care for you

The lines are all wrong and dont flow. Square grills make little sense down on the bumper. And the accentuated turn signals/fogs are a bit overboard

Greg,

It's a good thing you MINI is gonna be fast, cause that bodykit is UGLY, and being that ugly and slow would be bad.

Seriously, though, I can see wanting flares for tire clearance. Is the side exit exhaust for weight? I know that I've seen rules that state something about side exit exhaust that exit in front of the rear wheels being good. But, I don't understand the "why" of that one.

Oh no, we wouldnt want to go a bit overboard? Or not make sense. Funny, I still kinda like it. I obviously do not like looking like everyone else.

Not my cup of tea. If I were to do the exterior of MIB I would go Factory Aero Kit and then color match the arches.

But it's your MINI and if you like it... go for it.

For that particular car, the side exhaust is strcitly for show....his entire interior was replaced by a sculpture-esque fiberglass enclosure for a 15 inch subwoofer and 4 various bottles for performance....not necessarily a weight concious person Just does it for show (not a bad thing by any means)

There is a difference between not looking like others and looking ugly. You need to be sure to keep it stylish AND different.

Totally just playing with ya, it's all a matter of opinion for each viewer. I just think that although it might make you different that kit will ALSO make your car ugly(i'm talking about the red one, not the white one).

Well, I'm not looking at the "bling" factor here, just looking for function.
I'm just looking for good flars, and that running board does serve some areo benifits. Not at all interested in the bumbers and would modify the front of the flair.
Just looking for a place to start. If anyone knows of other wide body stuff please let me know.

PS They won't break up the kit. It's all or nothing. Anyone want the bumpers ...

Did you ever talk to the S3 creators? They list that body kit as a product that you can order....in parts too. Really $$$$ though if i remember correctly.

Also....the other one may not allow you to break it up because the bumpers include a large portion of the arches. A lot of cutting and molding would need to be done to use JUST the flares

if you do have problems with strictly foreign just let me know... they're about 30 minutes from me and I wouldn't have a problem using physical persuasion. those guys are all about 5'3 and spindly the last time I was there. that said, I've never heard of anyone locally having problems with them.

Yes, contacted them. I will again. It was just hard being the long distance. That car is longer then our Minis.

On another note, that body I started this thread about. If you look here, you will see that the flairs are not part of the bumper.

Looks like Zeemax's CSS kit to me...

http://www.zeemax.com/7BmwMini.htm

Nicely made, but quite expensive.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and one man's trash is another man's treasure. So take that! Yes, I also think that this dog is cute:
