First mod on the MINI, and every other car I own, is to ditch the paper air filter. Whether you go with a low restriction replacement panel or some sort of CAI, you won't regret it.

Fortunately, you gain a small amount of legroom in addition to the storage space.

YEP! Got the LightInSight.... works wonders!

Does it replace the panel thats already down there? If it makes more legroom I just gotta know where to get one. their still available right?

The first mod was......

CHROME!

First the grill, then the downtubes, then the toggle rings and finally the mirror switch. (It came with the mirror caps and chromeline interior.)
