Tint/beltline blackout pics

Finally, it's only been about 4 months since this was all completed. There's also a clearbra on the front and mirrors.

Tint is 35% all around

Beltline is 3m 1/2 inch vinyl tape (semi gloss finish). I wanted flat, but I couldn't find it. The gloss looks OK. If you get up very close to it, you can see that it isn't put on perfectly, there are slivers of silver in some spots, but I think it fits with the red/black very well.

Looks great That tint looks like the exact thing I've been thinking of doing too. Just curious as to how much the cost was for the tint?

Tint was 120$ total.

Beltline blackout was, um, 5 bucks?

I've got a couple friends that do double 5% limo tint on all their windows, except for the windshield (I think they do 50% on that?). They say the key to not getting a ticket for it, as you're pulling over, before the cop gets to your car, roll down all the windows (if it's a 4 door), so they can see that you're not hiding a stash of weapons in the back seat, and can see who's in the back (if there is anybody). I guess this would work with a Mini as well, though I guess the rear side window would still be pretty opaque.

Just a thought =)
