Door arm rests from MossMini

Has anyone out there bought the new door arm rest from Moss yet? Great idea, but wondering how the black leather looks and also how much it lifts up the elbow off the stock door arm rest.

I bought them. They are leather wrapped and are an easy install. They are comfy and I don't need to prop my arm on the sill as I drive anymore. I have only 2 complaints. 1) The velcro that slides over the door bar does not cinch tight enough and thus the armrest is not something you can lean on as you exit the car. Sometimes you need to realign it, but it still beats using the sill as your armrest. 2) When your arm rests on the armrest, the armrest squeaks. I feel it could have been manufactured with some sort of antislip padding on the edges to prevent that.

how much (inches) does it raise your elbow up and how much does it extend in towards the inside of the car?

does the color blend in? what color is your interior?

It's smooth black leather, and blends well with any black inside your car. It attaches to the horizontal bar on your door; in fact, it goes over the black rubberized arm pad. I suppose since it IS an armrest, it is raised about 1.5 inches from where it attaches and juts away from the original armpad about 2 inches, too. The whole thing is maybe 9 inches long and 3 inches wide [part of the top of the armrest occupies the inside of the doorwell, but about 2 inches extends into the driver's cabin]. It's molded and is not obtrusive...looks attractive.

Oops...by the way, my interior is Emerald Green with green and black leather seats. Windows have 35% tint. I also have those black leather door pull covers from on eBay, and each accents the other very well.
