Cost of Bluetooth phone kit and install on Feb. production 05 MCS

Does anyone know how much is the Bluetooth phone kit and the installation for 05 MCS that already has the control buttons installed as part of the MFSW? What is involved in the installation? Would they have to rip apart the dash?

Thanks!

As far as I know the kit that interfaces with those buttons has yet to be released in the US (but it's apparently out in the UK)

I believe the MINI kit that doesn't interface with the steering wheel will run you about $450 plus installation which is probably another 1 to 2 hours. For that kit probably all that's done is pulling the radio, and I would bet the new kit (if it's every released) would probably require about the same.

You could also look at an aftermarket kit for significantly less money. newministuff.com has an interface that works with the Parrot kits and uses the steering wheel buttons.

I've done business with Mike there, and my only complaint is that he's not in the US! Mike's extremely helpful and knows the MINI very well...
