Does anyone know where I can find a JCW front bumper for my 2011 MCS? There’s a few pre LCI ones on eBay but I can’t find a 2011+ one anywhere. TIA!

There were three versions produced over the years. Your 2011 is version 2 which is mostly interchangeable with version 3.

Do you just need the bumper skin or everything? I think version 3 parts are still available new, though only individually and not as a kit. The main difference between 2 and 3 are the plastic trim pieces. The rest is the same.

if you want used, check Allmag and Willmek (Google them).

 

I’ve been hunting for the original JCW parts for the R56 for almost 10 years now. Still haven’t found them…

Holy jesus. I mean yes, if you’re dead set on spending half of the value of the car on a bumper … but yeah. With R56 values approaching nothing, it becomes a labour of love at this point, so progressively less justifiable to drop multiple grand on just a body kit … but fair enough, at least the option exists.

 

The days of cheap JCW body kits has passed, unfortunately. I would make a call to Allmag to see if they could find a used kit for you.

 

I’ve never heard of that site, but thanks - I will look it up. Might be an option. I’m still so sad that I missed that one time that jcw kits were being cleared out across the US dealers … ugh.

 

Yeah, me too. That was right about the time I purchased my Clubman. By the time I found NAM, prices had already started coming up again, then stock dried up.
