Hello Fellow Mini Fans,

I am planning on putting a checkerboard decal on my roof - no worries there... However, SOMEWHERE I saw a checkerboard DOOR graphic. It started at the front edge of the door and swooped up to the rear - BLACK checks. Does anyone recall seeing this as well? Does anyone know wher I can find this again? I am also interested in a checkered stripe (about 6" high) for the lower part of door (One that goes the length of the painted body) (No, I won't use BOTH!! I'd like to compare the two!) - I'm usually pretty good at finding things I forgot to bookmark, but I've tried, I've tried, I've tried .........now I need some help.

Any good sign shop could make the checkered squares of any length for you. Probably cheaper than you could get them from a car specialty shop. They could make them fade out towards the back too.

Thanks for the info - I'll have to see what my local sign shop can do. I'd still like to find the website where I saw multiple side graphics for the MINI - if anyone knows ..... I'm all ears

I saw them but can't remember who had them. They looked similar to the side stripe on the NYC checker cabs. I thought about them but decided it was too much along with the checkered roof and bonnet stripes.

 

I saw those side checks on Ebay about 3 weeks ago. :smile: :smile: :smile:
