I got the new Mini Mania catalog in the mail today. The coolest thing I saw was Union Jack painted mirror covers. They replace the existing mirror covers and looked GREAT!!! They were $195 Why do these people keep making things that I want for my baby that I can not afford!!!

The weird thing is that they charge you a deposit (core charge?)... then they refund it when you send them back your original mirror covers.

 

That sounds cool....I have a little rock chip on my driver's side mirror (small...but I notice EVERY FLAW on my baby so it drives me nuts) and so now I am checking out all my options for new mirror covers! :smile:

They said they refund you when you send back your covers, however in fine print they say they can not have any damages, so it will be more then the $195 if you have a rock chip like L.mini

Those look really kick ***, but I wonder if you couldn't have vinyl ones made for $40.

I think I'll look into this, as I think these would look very cool on my soon-to-arrive IB/W MCS.

 

Yea I think they look quite spiffy, but $195 plus deposit is WAY too much!
